"It’s hard to imagine the ‘me’ I was before working with Bryony, even though that was only a few short months ago. But I will never forget waking up the morning after our first session and realising that for the first time in my life, I actually like myself!
That was an amazing feeling and one that I’ve waited a long time for. Friends have always said I’ve had an interesting life, and that’s true, but there’s always been an emptiness inside me and when things went wrong, I’d run.
